Returns:
• Full price items can be returned within 14 days of order receipt for a full product refund to the supplied payment method. Mude will not refund the original shipping costs.
• Promotional and Sale items cannot be returned and are ineligible for refunds or exchange
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to swap your item, we encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for a refund.
Please note – Returns can only be accepted:
• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
• Hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in place.
• Any sealed products such as beauty and wellness must be unopened with seal intact and in its original packaging.
• Earrings and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This excludes bras and bralettes.
* All items will be inspected on return. Shop Mude holds the discretion on whether an item will be accepted for refund based on quality control. When trying on clothing, please refrain from marking the product with makeup, fake tan or deodorant.
How to Return Your Item
• Email your full name, address, order number and items you wish to return to returns@shopmude.com
• You will receive an email with your returns authorisation form and shipping instructions including a returns address.
• Place the form inside of your parcel along with your items.
• Take your parcel to your nearest post office.
*When returning items, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse as we cannot be responsible until they are received. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives safely.
